From component products to complete turnkey installations, Valmont/Microflect is at your service with a complete line of steel structures and engineering services for the wireless communication industry.
We produce tapered slip-fit monopoles to 75 meters, self-supporting lattice towers to 125 meters and guyed lattice towers to 150 meters. All of Valmont's steel structures are hot-dipped galvanized to ASTM standards, and powder coatings can be ordered in any color. We can coat larger structures at higher speeds and finish quality than anyone else in the industry.
In addition to our standard monopoles and towers, we also offer a number of alternative wireless communication structures and combination communication structures. These designs make it possible for wireless providers to secure site permits in communities that are opposed to the installation of a normal pole structure. Examples include concealed installations that resemble church steeples with crosses incorporated in the design of the monopole, a combination communication and electrical transmission structure and poles disguised as trees.
We also produce passive repeaters, waveguide support systems and wireless site hardware and accessories. Our wireless accessory and component product line has been developed continually for more than 36 years. It includes a variety of antenna mounts; accessories for attaching and supporting all types of coaxial, elliptical and rectangular waveguides; steel bridge systems for supporting transmission lines between towers and buildings; as well as waterproof wall entries for buildings. A variety of small structures tailored to rooftop cellular and PCS antenna installations also are included in this product line.
Besides manufacturing structures and wireless site accessories, Valmont/Microflect also offers swift, efficient and safe assembly and erection of manufactured poles, tower and other communication structures in North America.
