Modules are pre-engineered and detailed to ensure quick drawing turn-around for permitting purposes.
A wide variety of modules is available to fulfill customer requirements, including structures up to 250', with five carriers at 90 mph basic wind speed. Taller towers are available depending on loading.
Modular design allows post-shipping modification to towers - modules can easily be removed, changed, or added, if loading permits.
Part are color-coded by module to expedite part identification and erection. Easily accommodates Valmont's full line of tower accessories, including rotatable top platforms, low-profile platforms and rotatable frames.
Step bolts are included on all legs up to the 11 foot spread level - climbing ladder is available as an option for easy access.
Waveguide ladders are attached to tower diagonals to simplify erection and reduce tower weight.
High strength tubular leg construction provides for efficient design and easy erection.
Angle diagonals and simple X-bracing pattern are ideal configuration for today's wireless market.
A 5% hardware overage is included to avoid erection delays.
Hardware has nuts and lock washers spun on.
